Victorian Gem                                                                                                                 Location: Kensington, MD

This wonderful Victorian is situated in historic Kensington, MD.  The home was built in the early 1900s and is undergoing extensive interior and exterior renovations. The home features a custom Walpole  Nantucket fence with radius sectionals, a spindle top arbor with scalloped gate and diagonal lattice, a scalloped sectional, and Victorian caps.  A newly paved driveway and meandering walkway with matching pavers was recently installed.  New garden beds massed with ornamental flowering trees, shrubs, and perennials typical of the homes' period will complete the garden design in spring 2005.  Stay tuned!
